Nettle Leaf is rich in iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K with high levels of chlorophyll.

Nettles can be taken as an adaptogen, helping with anemia and fatigue. Take 1/2 tsp. three times daily.

To regulate excessive menstruation and to aid with mucous conditions of lungs take 1 tsp. three times daily.

Nettles are beneficial for menopausal women and may help relieve hot flashes. Take 1/2-1 tsp up to three times daily.
